Welcome to Mitchell Milne Properties!
We are a family business, in operation for over 10 years, letting high quality shared student accommodation and one/two bed flats to professionals on the west side of Sheffield. We own and maintain the majority of the properties that we let and ensure consistently high standards of accommodation, safety and service. We have a number of managed properties as well, and aim for the same high standards.
Student Accommodation
Our student houses are for groups of 4, 5 or 6 and are located mainly in Hunters Bar, but also in Crookesmoor and Sharrow. We mainly let to preformed groups of undergrads or postgrads but if we have still have vacant houses in July and August, we welcome postgrads or final year students on single tenancies who are willing to share.
Professional Accommodation
Our one and two bed flats are of an extremely high standard - fully converted and refurbished large houses to create a flat on each floor with sound and fireproofing between floors and very high quality fittings throughout. Located in Nether Edge and Nether Green, these are ideally suited to young professionals.

We are members of Sheffield and District Landlord Association (SADLA) and all our properties comply with the high standards set by the Responsible Landlord Scheme, run by Sheffield City Council. We are fully up to date with current legislation including licensing all our 5 and 6 bed properties with the Council, having EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), annual gas safety certificates and electrical certificates.
