We are a family business, in operation for over 12 years, letting high quality shared student accommodation and one/two bed flats to professionals on the west side of Sheffield. We own and maintain the majority of the properties that we let and ensure consistently high standards of accommodation, safety and service. We have a number of managed properties as well, and aim for the same high standards.

We are members of Sheffield and District Landlord Association (SADLA) and all our properties comply with the high standards set by the Responsible Landlord Scheme, run by Sheffield City Council. We are fully up to date with current legislation including licensing all our 5 and 6 bed properties with the Council, having EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), annual gas safety certificates and electrical certificates.
